Özet: Kadir Has Üniversitesi son dört yıldır gerçek bir dönüşüm içinde. Bu dönüşümde üniversitenin, öğretim üyesinin ve öğrencinin yeniden tanımlaması yapıldı. Bu yeni roller çerçevesinde öğretim üyelerimiz ve tüm öğrencilerimiz bu dönüşümle oluşturulan ekosistem içinde araştırmanın itici motoru oldu. Lisans öğrencilerimizin gerçek bir Ar-Ge elemanı olarak yetişmelerini sağlamak amacıyla geliştirilen araştırma ekosisteminde üniversite rektörü olarak üç lisans öğrencisi ile araştırmalarıma devam ediyorum. Bu konuşmamda üniversitemizde lisans öğrencileri için yaratılan araştırma ekosistemini nasıl oluşturduğumuzu ve bunun ilk meyveleri ile lisans öğrencileri ile yaptığım çalışmaların ilk sonuçlarını aktaracağım.
